How to Opt Out of Marketing Communications

You can opt out of promotional emails and marketing communications at any time:

• Email: Click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email you receive from us.
• Text messages: Reply STOP to any promotional text message.
• Contact us: Send your opt-out request to privacy@askworthy.ai.

Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send you transactional messages related to your account, such as service updates or security alerts.

Managing Cookies and Tracking

Third-party analytics and advertising trackers — the scripts and pixels that share your activity with other companies — stay off until you turn them on. We do set our own first-party attribution identifiers (prefixed "aw_") that record which ad, if any, referred you; these stay on our systems and are shared with advertising partners only after you opt in. You have several options for managing all of these:

• Cookie preferences: Use our cookie preferences panel to accept, decline, or change your analytics and advertising choices at any time.
• Global Privacy Control: We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a request to keep advertising trackers off.
• Browser settings: Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings menu.
• Third-party tools: You can use browser extensions or privacy tools to manage tracking across websites.

California and State-Specific Rights

If you are a California resident or live in another state with comprehensive privacy laws, you may have additional rights, including:
